What is your return policy?

At Advance Store, we offer a 2-day return policy for most items purchased from our site. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase. Please note that certain items, such as opened electronics or personalized products, are not eligible for return.

To initiate a return, contact our customer support team via email at contact@advancestore.pk. We will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions for returning the item. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange as per your request.

For items that arrive damaged or defective, please notify us within 1 days of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund, including return shipping costs if the error is on our part.

How do I cancel or modify my order?

If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. We process orders quickly to ensure timely delivery, so changes or cancellations can only be made before the order is shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be modified or canceled.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, Advance Store primarily focuses on serving customers within Pakistan. We offer shipping throughout the country, with various delivery options to suit your needs. For orders outside Pakistan, we are not able to process international shipments at this time.
